All our spaces are rented monthly or annually. We do not offer overnight parking.

$200 for a 75ft space

$150 for a 25ft or 40ft space

All spaces require the first and last month’s lease payment upfront and we require 30 days notice for cancellation/move out.

Via our keypad you’ll be able to access your space 24/7, year-round, even on holidays.

We require automated monthly payments using your debit or credit card. The authorization form will be part of the contract when you lease a space. If for some reason your payment isn’t authorized for the current month, you may pay for your space anytime by clicking the LOGIN/PAY BILL tab on our home page to access our Customer Payment Portal where you can manage your account.

Most of our lots have 24/7 video surveillance, password protected gated entrance with keypad and spaces that are fenced and lit with LED lighting. Some of our locations will have different amenities.
